Jarle Fagerheim, Norway
Jarle Fagerheim, born in 1989, played his first organ recital in Stavanger Cathedral, Norway, at the age of 15. He was a prize winner of the Fridthjov Anderssen Competition for Young Organists in 2006 (3rd prize) and 2007 (2nd prize).
He gave his first performances abroad in 2006, playing in Norwich, Cambridge, and Bromley, and returns to England in December this year to give a recital in West Malvern. In addition to music, he enjoys studying a wide range of subjects, from peace work to theology.
